From downtown, it is only a short walk to Largo Central Park, known for its year round festivals, music, and plays. Directly next to the park is the Central Park Performing Arts center which offers a diverse year-round entertainment schedule. Also in Largo you can find Heritage Village, a 21-acre, open-air museum featuring 28 historical structures dating back to the 19th century. Other notable attractions are the Florida Botanical Gardens, John S. Taylor Park and the Bardmoor Golf & Country Club.
