Bartlett Park is a historic residential neighborhood in south St. Petersburg that centers around the 30-acre Bartlett Park of the same name. It offers traditional charm with its brick-lined streets and hexagon sidewalks accented by large mossy oak trees. Architectural styles vary, and recently, developers have started building new construction homes due to its proximity to exciting downtown St. Petersburg. Bartlett Park is considered to be in a transition phase as new developments continue adding to its reform.
