Bayway Isles is a gated residential neighborhood consisting of two islands in the southwestern part of the city of St. Petersburg, Florida. It borders 62nd Avenue to the South and 56th Avenue to the North and from 49th to 54th Street S. The community extends southward from the Pinellas Bayway causeway into the waters of southern Boca Ciega Bay. Bayway Isles is a guarded, deed-restricted community and home to almost 200 families. Architectural design throughout the community is varied. Styles range from Mediterranean Revival to Florida Modern.
