Coquina Key is an island community consisting of a variety of single-family homes, waterfront mansions, townhomes, and condos. There are only two entrances to the island, giving it a secluded feel. Residents often have neighborhood get-togethers and parties at the local community park that features a dog park, basketball courts, walking path and much more. Nearby is Coquina Key Shopping Plaza, Lake Maggiore and Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. Downtown St. Petersburg is only a quick 5-minute drive down the 4th Street corridor.
