Crescent Lake is a suburb of St. Petersburg centered around the 56-acre Crescent Lake Park. Crescent Lake park consists of a large, beautiful lake, walking trails, tennis courts, playgrounds, a baseball field, resting benches and one of St. Pete’s most popular dog parks. Crescent Lake is made up of a variety of homes. Consisting of a mix of early Tudor style homes, 1920s bungalows and some modern new construction, the Crescent Lake community offers a home style for everyone. Crescent Lake has a rich history including once being home to original Native American inhabitants, then developed by European settlers for agricultural farming and citrus groves, and later in 1927 the Crescent Lake Park that stands today.
