Flori De Leon

The Flori is a vintage 55 plus co-op that first graced the skyline of St. Pete in 1926. Considered one of the crown jewels in all of St. Petersburg, The Flori was once home to baseball legends Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. The Flori is mediterranean revival in style and stands seven stories high and consists of seventy six individual residences. Affectionately referred to as “this old girl” by many of it’s admirers The Flori is listed on the historic register as one of the first co-ops on the west coast of Florida and still thrives today. In addition to amazing city skyline and Tampa Bay views from one of the 2 roof top terraces there are also 2 recreation rooms, a fitness center, 2 lovely courtyards filled with lush landscaping and sparkling waterfountains. Within walking distance to all vibrant downtown St. Pete has to offer, The Flori is an elegant piece of history offering residences at a price far below those of surrounding buildings.
