North Kenwood is a centrally located neighborhood and consists mainly of single story historic bungalows and recently new construction homes and townhomes. It is bordered by 22nd St N and 34th St N from east to west and 275 to 9th Ave N, south to north. North Kenwood is notable for its massive mossy oak trees that line the streets. North Kenwood has two lakes within its borders, one in Booker Creek Park and the other, Emerald Lake. The neighborhood’s central location makes it very convenient for shopping and easy access to all of St. Petersburg, downtown and Interstate 275.
