Historic Roser Park is a neighborhood in southern St. Petersburg. It consists of 270 acres and is bounded by 4th St and Dr Martin Luther King St to the east and the west and by Booker Creek and 12th Ave S to the north and south. There are several parks and green spaces throughout as well as a wide variety of architecturally different homes. The historic character of Roser Park radiates throughout, from the tree-lined brick streets to the original hexagon sidewalk pavers and granite curbstones. Roser Park is conveniently located near shopping, downtown St. Petersburg, beaches, sporting arenas, recreational parks, and the interstate.
